Before returning your items, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number, or RA# at info@naplessoap.com. Unopened, unused product must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Open product must be returned within 15 days of original purchase and contain all unused portion.
- All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If your item was damaged in transit, or you think there may be a product issue, the Return instructions do not apply. Please reach out to info@naplessoap.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your exchange from date of receipt to the warehouse.
You will be contacted by Naples Soap Company to provide payment for the replacement item to be shipped to you. We will not ship your replacement back to you for free. The cost will be determined by current shipping rates at time of replacement.
Alternatively, in place of an exchange, you can return the item you no longer want and place a new order online. If you order your replacement with additional product and your cart value is over $50 after discounts and coupons, before tax and estimated shipping, then your exchanged item's shipping fee will be free!
GIFT RECIPIENTS - If you are looking to exchange a product you received as a gift, we will not be able to exchange this item without verifying the purchase. Please reach out to info@naplessoap.com with either the order number or the first and last name of the person who purchased the gift for you.
You are also responsible for shipping the item back to us and the shipping to send the replacement item back to you.
