For Order Status Inquiries, please log in to your account at naplessoap.com to find your order status and tracking number.
Orders are marked as Awaiting Shipment until it has been prepared for shipment. Once your label is created, your order status will update to Completed. Tracking history updates will be provided by the carrier service handling your package.
*Please note that Customer Service is not able to view any additional information beyond what is shown on the tracking history page.
Naples Soap Company Shipping Policy:
Most orders ship the day after they're placed, however, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship.
During peak times (Holiday and Sales), order preparation may be extended to 3-5 business days due to the large volume of orders we may receive.
Expected delivery for Standard or Free Shipping is 5-7 business days from the time the order is shipped. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order.
Expedited orders ship within 1-2 business days. Weekends or US holidays do not count as business days.
We ship all orders via USPS or FedEx. Please provide a shipping address on your order that will validate with the post office.
The estimated delivery date of your package is provided by the carrier service. Once the carrier has an estimated timeframe available, they will update this information on your tracking history.
