When your package is ready to ship and your label is created, your order status will update to Completed. The tracking scans, updates to the history and the estimated delivery date of your package are provided by the Carrier Service that is carrying your package.
We do apologize if the carrier has not scanned any updates to your tracking history. Occasionally, carriers may miss a scan due to an error or skip a scan due to nationwide heavy shipping volumes.
Please keep a close eye on your tracking history page for updates and delivery ETA.
*Customer Service is not able to view any additional information beyond what is shown on the tracking history page.
Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is about 5-7 business days from the time the order is fulfilled.
