The transit updates and estimated delivery date of your package are provided by the carrier service that is carrying your package. We do apologize if you are experiencing a delay of your package in transit.

Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is about 5-7 business days from the time the order is fulfilled for shipment. Occasionally, carriers may miss a scan or nationwide shipping delays may occur during peak times of the year.
If you haven't seen a tracking history update or scan within 10 days of shipment, please email us at info@naplessoap.com to let us know your package has not arrived, along with your order number and a confirmation of the shipping address.
