If you were not available at the time of delivery, reach out to your carrier to schedule a redelivery. This usually can be done via the tracking link you received upon order shipment.
Depending on the carrier, you should have one to two weeks to schedule a redelivery before the package will be returned to us.
Please note, Customer Service does not have access to any tracking information other than what's available under the package tracking link and cannot arrange redeliveries or package holds.
