Our Loyalty account is primarily for store use only. Purchases made in store or over the phone are associated with your loyalty account automatically by connecting the purchase to your email address in the system. Unfortunately, our website currently operates on a separate system under a separate account with your email. These purchases are not associated with your store loyalty account and do not earn you points. Also, points cannot be credited towards your in store account for any online purchases.
To earn or redeem points and have an order shipped to you, please call our Coconut Point location at 239-949-5566 or your store of preference; they will be able to take your order over the phone, redeem points, and we can ship it to you.
To check your points balance, you can call a store or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look it up for you; they do not expire.
