Order Tracking: Once your order is submitted successfully, you will receive a seven digit confirmation number. You can refer to this to follow your order's progress. Usually, online orders are shipped within 48 hours after being placed, but may be delayed during peak times which includes sale weekends and holidays throughout the year. You will receive an additional email with tracking information once your label is created. If you signed in when you created your order, you can log in to naplessoap.com to view your orders and click on the order in question to see your tracking information. Please email info@naplessoap.com if you need additional assistance.
Order Changes: Order change requests cannot be guaranteed. During regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9-5 EST), you can call 239-325-8263 Option 9 or email info@naplessoap.com with your order number as the subject line to request changes. Please be as detailed as possible so we can make all necessary changes swiftly.
Order change requests need to be made immediately upon discovery of an issue with your order. If your order has already been prepared to ship (if your label is already created), we may not be able to make any changes.
Difficulty Placing Online Order: Please double check these frequent issues:
- If you are shipping to a friend or family member, make sure you have entered the correct billing address that matches what is on file with your bank. The shipping address is entered before the billing address, then uncheck the box under the credit card section to enter a separate billing address:
- If you do not see shipping options after entering the shipping address, please make sure all required fields are filled in. You will not be able to see shipping options unless all required fields are filled in.
- If you do not have a "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the cart, please make sure you scroll up to see if any required fields are empty.
- If you click "Pay Now" and the screen does not display your order number, scroll up to the top of the cart page to look for any error messages, one or more of the items in your cart may have gone out of stock since you started shopping.
- Try switching devices or clear out your browser’s cache (history).
