If your screen displays your 6-digit order number, then your order was successful! If you do not receive an order number and the items are still in your cart, there are a few reasons why your order might not be going through.
Credit Card Payments
Double check your billing address including the zip code. If this doesn't match what is on file with your bank, our system will not accept the payment and the order will not submit, and we will not request final payment from your bank. The pending charge that may be showing will fall off in a day or so.
If you need to add a different billing address, make sure the box under the shipping address is unchecked; this will allow you to enter a different address.
If you're attempting to use PayPal for your order, and the order is not progressing to the "Place Order" button on naplessoap.com, please clear your browser cache. PayPal may be sending our site the incorrect signals that are not telling our website that the payment method is working, especially if you use PayPal on multiple websites.
If you have selected PayPal's financing option and the payment method is not accepted, we do not manage this pay plan or options. Please reach out to PayPal with any questions regarding their pay later option.
No Email Confirmation
If you saw your order number, but did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder, or you may have accidentally misspelled your email address. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address you used for the order, your first and last name, and your billing or shipping address. If your email is misspelled, this additional information will help us locate your order, and we will send you a copy. Please note, you will not receive the automated shipping update if your email was originally incorrect. Please reach out to email@example.com after 5 business days for shipping information if you have not yet received your package.
